SRE Team: "The payments_processing queue is completely stalled. CPU on the worker nodes is pinned at 100%. Logs show a single malformed payment payload is failing, getting nack'd (retried), and immediately picked up again. It's stuck in an infinite loop. Stop the bleeding and quarantine the bad message!"

🛠️ The Fix

1. Open worker.py in your workspace. 2. Fix the except block in the consume_message function to bound retries to 3. 3. If retry_count >= 3, acknowledge the message (to remove it from the active queue) and move it to dead_letter_queue. 4. Otherwise, nack the message to allow a standard retry.
